Ask anyone what "monochrome" means as it relates to photography, and you'll undoubtedly hear a response of "Black and white." This is incorrect. Monochrome images may be based in any color. The most commonly known alternate is sepia. Other old photographic processes which yield monochrome results include albumen and platinum.
In this blog, I intend to present one or more monochrome images per week, to be posted on Saturday or Sunday for the period of one year. I hope my viewers will enjoy them.
